Customer Happiness is utmost important as you will be in the front line for Jobbie and representing her.

We believe customer satisfactory is of utmost importance, because our organization will be nothing without them. We strive to outserve our customers and be different than other company not just for the sake of being unique, but to create a beautiful memory for both the Customer Happiness executive and customer. 

The day to day activities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. 
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries within service level agreements that are defined (within 24 hours). 
  • Communicating  with  customers  through  various  channels as  and  when  required (online, social media, live chat, telephone, etc). 
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. 
  • Keeping  records  of  customer  interactions,  transactions,  comments  and  complaintswithin Jobbie’s ticketing system. 
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. 
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

The must haves

  • At least 1 year working experience in Customer Service in Ecommerce 
  • The ability to maintain calm under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language 
  • Ability to speak in Chinese will be an added advantage 
  • A thorough knowledge of the product or service the company they work for is offering
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word; 
  • Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast paced environment 
  • Can thrive under minimal supervision
  • Problem solving skill and data driven mindset

The day to day activities

  • Works with the creative team to produce strategic ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns and marketing communications. 
  • Transforms rough ideas and general concepts into actions, projects, and completed products or messages. 
  • Attending creative team meetings, brainstorming sessions and other meetings as required. 
  • Execute and create contents in copy, images, videos and other communications that further the company’s brand identity. 
  • Maintains consistency over the quality and message of the creative output. 
  • Evaluates the current trend and status of the industry and the market, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques to ensure delivery of relevant and useful communications, creatives and brand messages. 
  • Adhering deadlines and maintains efficiency in creative works.

The ideal candidate will have the following

  • 1+ year experience in creative production, marketing communications, online marketing and other related fields (FMCG, agency or tech/start-up industry background is a huge plus)
  • Excellent practical understanding of social media and marketing content
  • Experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube platform (social listening tools/analysis is a plus)
  • Understanding of how creative content can drive results 
  • Project management skills and ability to self-manage time and work schedule (experienced in media planning is highly desirable) 
  • Positive, flexible, and well organized to thrive in a fast-moving environment and meet challenging deadlines
  • Experience in powerpoint, excel, and other online basics 
  • Proficiency in using creative software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro/Final Cut Pro etc 
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

Bonus points for

  • Passion for story based media and performance 
  • Deep understanding of channels and best practices in digital marketing 
  • Understanding of digital ad mechanics and formats 
  • A strong eye for art and design
